Will Northern is the owner and broker of Northern Realty Group. He is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS®, as well as the Texas and national associations. He has seven years of experience as a REALTOR® and likes meeting new people through his work and mentoring other REALTORS® in their careers. He holds a B.B.A. from TCU’s Neely School of Business.
Will is the Zoning Commissioner for District 1 for the City of Fort Worth, a position to which he was appointed by Mayor Betsy Price. He is involved with a number of organizations and causes around the city, including: the Development Committee for Fort Worth South, Inc.; the Urban Development Task Force for Steer Fort Worth; the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce’s Vision Fort Worth group with which he most recently volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House; Leadership Fort Worth’s Leading Edge class of 2013; Historic Fort Worth, Inc.; the Mayor’s Young Leaders Delegation for Fort Worth Sister Cities International with which he traveled to Nagaoka, Japan in 2012; conducting student interviews on career day for TCU’s Neely School of Business; The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth; the Alumni Planning Committee for Fort Worth Country Day School; and the Mistletoe Heights Neighborhood Association.
Additionally, he volunteers through the Music is Medicine Foundation at Cook Children’s Hospital and shares his enthusiasm for healthy living through Fort Worth’s Blue Zones Project.
Will is a 2015 recipient of the Fort Worth Business 40 Under 40 award and has been named a Five Star Professional by Texas Monthly. He has been featured in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and Money magazine for his expertise as a top Fort Worth REALTOR®. He and his team have been featured in the Dallas Business Journal and named as one of the area’s top real estate firms for three years in a row by Fort Worth Business.
Will’s passion is playing the drums. He enjoys traveling, as well as camping in state and national parks. He likes Mexican food, especially Fort Worth favorites like El Asadero and Benito’s. He lives in Fort Worth with his wife, Elizabeth.
