Jaci, born and raised in the panhandle of Texas, is the baby of five children in her family. From an early age, Jaci’s entrepreneurial spirit has always shown. At one time she and her sister owned a business making and selling wine jelly; in her early twenties she sold the wine jelly company to open a retail/gift store in Amarillo, Texas. Shortly after, she decided to jump into real estate.
Jaci earned her Real Estate license over 30 years ago. During this time she sold real estate, performed on-site sales for Maxim Builders, owned and operated her own construction company—Castle Builders, owned Executive West Real Estate, and worked for Customer First, where she sold homes and processed mortgage loans. Later, she owned and operated Trinity Realty Services and Trinity Mortgage Services (eventually called Trinity Home Lending), which she ran out of her garage. All of these ventures lead to her creating RE/MAX Trinity in 2007. Through her hard work and dedication to her business and her agents, the company has grown in leaps and bounds over the last 10 years. RE/MAX Trinity grew from 6 agents to 77 in the first 3 years, and recently acquired RE/MAX Masters in Southlake, bringing the total agent count to 180!
Jaci’s list of accomplishments is extensive but she is most proud of the awards her brokerage has earned, which she attributes to her agents whom she regards as family. Some of these awards include RE/MAX “Rookie Franchise of the Year” (Texas 2007), RE/MAX “Broker/Owner of the Year” (Texas 2009, 2015), and even RE/MAX, LLC “Broker/Owner of the Year” (U.S. 2010). A unique selling point with her agents, she does not sell homes and compete against her Realtors. Jaci serves as a true broker/owner and spends her time helping her agents succeed.
